I called the desk to complain about a noisy family above me, so they offered me another room. Ended up in a suite

Servers finally showed up at 7:00pm. And just like last time, the asshats left them on the pallets and put them in a van with no lift!!!

This damn server delivery needs to show up already. It’s already 5:45!
